It's my opinion that Pct. 3 Constables Office hasn't had any Professional or Knowledgeable Leadership for a Long Time,  I will bring Professionalism to the Office of the Constable Pct.3.

With being in Law Enforcement with-in Waller County, Texas my entire career I know how the system works and know all the participants of the Law Enforcement system good and bad.

I have always been fair to all the Folks that I've come in contact with on the streets, and if you ask around I believe my past contacts will agree.

The Office of The Constable Pct.3 will not be a resting place for Law Enforcement Officers seeking to have their Commission held for the sole purpose of working extra jobs.."which is the current practice with the current Pct.3 Constable"

Lets talk about me being

     Your Constable

" I have over 30+ years of Law Enforcement experience all with-in Waller County, Texas and carry a title of Master Peace Officer.

I'm currently employed as a Captain over Investigator with the responsibility for all  Waller County Investigations, I'm also the past Commander for the Waller County S.W.A.T. Team.

On Paper it's easy to say one has the experience but do they really.  I do have the experience I've handled everything from Simple Theft to Homicide and everything in between."

It all began in 1988 I entered the Police Academy an upon completion I was hired by the City of Hempstead as a Patrol Officer which started a long career in Waller County.

I remember when most of the City Fathers called the Police Department "Key Stone Cops" we were able to overcome that little title after we invited City Council to ride with an Officer, they quickly knew they spoke out of turn.

The Department went through 2 (two) Chiefs within my time with the City. I was placed as acting Chief twice until the vacancy was filled and wow what a ride those years were.  One Chief was indicted for Sexual Abuse, while the other was Investigated for numerous infractions and eventually left town.

Through my stay at Hempstead I rose to Sgt, and then over Narcotics where I must say we did a darn good job with little to no equipment.

1992 I left Hempstead Police Department and was hired by Sheriff Randy Smith as a Patrol Deputy for the Sheriff's Office and yes this was exciting.  Patrol Deputy's were working 12 Hour shifts and with only 1 Deputy on from 6p-6a and yes that was my assignment with some modified shifts until 1998.

1998 brought the inception of Sheriff Randy Smith's Drug Task Force namely "Westside Narcotics Task Force" Sheriff Smith transferred me to the Task Force as the Drug Interdiction Investigator and then I promoted to Assistant Commander, the coverage area was Waller, Austin & Colorado Counties.

The  Task Force was extremely popular with the majority of the citizens but disliked by a few "can't please everyone".

To those that don't know me I take pride in my work and being extremely dedicated to Waller County, Texas.  I give every Complainant my contact information and advise I can be contacted 24-7, includes Email, Text, Twitter and even "Hey You" will even get my attention.
